6 Days Honeymoon with Athirappilly

Arrive at Cochin Airport/ Railway station on Day 1. Travel kick starts to Athirapilly. In Athirapilly the first destination is Athirapilly waterfalls. Athirapilly waterfalls are the famous waterfalls that appear in the movie Bahubali. The popular scene the “suicide point” is shown in the movie. This scenic waterfall is also known as the “Niagara Falls of India”. After a long tour of the beautiful waterfalls, we head back to a hotel in Athirappilly.

The morning will start with a wealthy breakfast filled with Traditional Kerala food. After which we head to Munnar. It’s a 4-hour drive to Munnar from Athirapilly. Munnar is indeed a lovely tourist attraction. In Munnar, we will explore waterfalls. You can visit Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls, Attukkad Waterfalls along with tea plantations. After spending some quality time at waterfalls check in to a pre-booked hotel at Munnar.

Munnar is an exotic place in Kerala. You will have a lot of places to explore and enjoy. Munnar is the best touristy place in India. It has a lot to offer, the first destination will be Kundala Arch dam. Mattupetti hill point will be the second destination. Next will be the popular Echo Point that is a fabulous point of attraction and photography. The next destination will be all about greenery and animals. Proceed to Eravikulam National Park, Rose Garden, and the Spice Garden. After a tiring yet beautiful day, head back to the hotel and sleep.

Waking up to the serene beauty of Munnar, we will head to Thekkady. In Thekkady, we will be traveling to Periyar Tiger Reserve and Periyar Lake. There are a lot of fun activities to do in the Periyar reserve forest. You will fall in love with Safari in Periyar forest. You can see Animals and enjoy the greenery during this safari. There are a lot of water boat activities in the Periyar lake. After all the activities, we will head to the hotel in Thekkady.

Alleppey is a place of backwaters. The Kerala backwaters are lovely to explore. After a short journey to Alleppey, we will check into boathouses. The boathouse in Alleppey will be an exciting experience with food and sleep under the stars. The boathouse is a perfect corner for a romantic lit dinner under the stars. Night stay in the Alleppey Houseboat will be an entirely different experience.

After a 5 night trip, on the 6th day, we will be heading back to Cochin. Enjoy your drive to Cochin. Your trip will come to an end as we drop you at the Airport/ Railway station. Say goodbye to a beautiful Kerala Honeymoon trip. This will truly be the best holiday package for a couple.
