📋 Important Terms & Conditions

• All accommodations are provided on twin-sharing basis

• Houseboat (if included) will be private and includes all meals (Welcome Drink, Snacks, Tea, Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast, Mineral Water)

• Houseboat check-in: 12 PM, check-out: 9 AM. Night anchoring from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM. A/C (if applicable) operates from 9 PM to 6 AM

• Children under 5 years are complimentary

• Driver working hours: 8 AM to 7 PM. Beyond this, overtime charges of ₹150/hour apply

• Driver contact details and vehicle info will be shared 1 day before your arrival

• Driver tips, attraction entry tickets, and guide charges are not included

• Premium cabs do not allow windows to remain open during travel

• All sightseeing depends on your arrival/departure timings and real-time conditions

• URTRIP ADVISOR guarantees transparency with no hidden charges

• In rare cases of unavoidable changes, we reserve the right to amend the itinerary or prices without prior notice

💰 Payment Policy

• Booking Confirmation: ₹5,000 advance (If arrival is within 15 days, 75% of total cost is required)

• 30 Days Before Arrival: 30% of package cost

• 7 Days Before Arrival: Balance payment must be cleared online

• Bookings within 20 Days: 80% payment required within 2 days of confirmation

• Flight Tickets: Full payment required at the time of booking

🔁 Cancellation, Amendments & Refund Policy

• More than 45 Days before arrival: Minimum deposit of ₹5,000 or 25% (whichever is higher)

• 45 to 31 Days: 50% of package cost will be retained

• 30 Days or less: 100% of package cost is non-refundable

• No refunds for unused services or last-minute no-shows

🔄 Refund Timelines

• Refunds will be initiated within 15 working days from receipt of your official cancellation email

• Refunds are subject to terms with hotels, cruises, and service providers. In cases of unutilized services, we will strive to refund the unused amount but cannot guarantee full reimbursement

• Boating, elephant rides, amusement parks, or forest entry (especially in Thekkady)

• Tips, porterage, and other gratuities

• Services not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions

• Optional activities

• Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on Christmas & New Year’s Eve (as per hotel policy)
