Welcome to URTRIP ADVISOR. By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth travel experience for all our clients.


1. Responsibilities and Limitations

At URTRIP ADVISOR, we strive to provide the best possible travel experience. However, our responsibilities are subject to the following limitations:

  • Services Provided:
    • We arrange premium accommodation, cruises, flights, and related travel services.
    • We handle bookings and secure agreements with third-party service providers on your behalf.
  • Pricing and Charges:
    • Prices for hotels, ferries, and other services are based on the providers’ current rates.
    • Any changes in provider rates may result in additional charges or refunds.

2. Backup Plans and Crisis Management

  • In case of crises such as weather disruptions affecting ferries or water sports, we will provide alternative arrangements.
  • However, funds paid will not be refunded for non-sailing ferries, subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Itinerary Changes and Refunds

  • Travel itineraries may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your cruise to Ross, Neil, or Havelock Islands is cancelled, we will provide an alternative itinerary and refund accommodation charges.

4. Weather Conditions and Water Sports

  • Rough weather may cause postponement or cancellation of water sports activities.
  • We will make efforts to refund the collected amount where possible.

5. Vehicle Breakdown and Safety

  • We will take necessary measures to ensure a safe journey.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by vehicle breakdowns.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for losses or disruptions caused by:

  • Flight cancellations, political unrest, natural hazards, accidents, illness, or unforeseen events.
  • Extra charges will apply if you request itinerary changes under such circumstances.

7. Accommodation Arrangements

  • If booked rooms are unavailable, alternative accommodation will be arranged at the same or similar hotel.

8. Travel Documents

  • Clients must carry all valid statutory documents, including passports, visas, and government-issued identity proof.

9. Grievance Redressal

  • Any service-related grievances should be reported immediately to our tour representatives.
  • We will make every effort to resolve issues within our operational constraints.

10. Payment Terms

  • Booking Confirmation: ₹5,000 (if arrival date is less than 15 days, 75% of package cost).
  • Within 7 Days: 50% of package cost.
  • 30 Days Before Arrival: 30% of package cost.
  • Balance Payment: Due 7 days before arrival (online payment only).
  • Bookings made within 20 days of travel require 80% upfront payment within 2 days of booking.
  • Flight Bookings: 100% advance payment required (non-refundable unless refundable fare requested).
  • UPI/Bank Transfer: No extra charges. Other modes incur a 2.25% fee.
  • After payment, customers must share Aadhar card copies (all passengers) and travel tickets by replying to the confirmation email.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 365–46 Days Before Travel: Minimum deposit of ₹5,000 or 25% (whichever is higher).
  • 45–31 Days Before Travel: 50% of package cost.
  • 30 Days or Less Before Travel: 100% of package cost.

Air Ticket Policy:

  • Discounted tickets offered by us are non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Refundable tickets are available only on request.

Third-Party Services:

  • We do not own or manage flights, hotels, cruises, or vehicles included in your package.
  • Guests must comply with the terms, cancellation policies, and identity requirements of respective providers.
  • Original government-issued photo ID with address is mandatory at hotels, jetties, and check-in points.

12. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15–21 working days from cancellation confirmation.
  • In certain cases, refunds depend on third-party providers (hotels, cruises, airlines). We cannot guarantee full reimbursement but will make best efforts to recover unutilized service charges.
